In
order to help our customers, we have devised an equipment identification
system. Each piece of JetMac equipment is assigned a part or model number
and a serial number that coordinates with a production work order. Given
the unit's serial number, we can identify any equipment we have ever
manufactured, remanufactured, or overhauled. This allows us to give
prompt field-service information.
